Leading the investment decisions is director Daniel Goldsmith who specialises in residential and commercial property investments and has experience managing a portfolio of assets and development projects.

Our mission is to seek out and create value through a variety of residential and commercial property investments. We aim to take advantage of favourable changes to property regulations that will provide better policies and incentives for the building of more residential and commercial floorspace. Along with our existing partners, we look to expand our capabilities both within the UK and abroad in order to take on larger projects and diversify our portfolio.
